Our new suv has a 3rd row seat which we've never had before. Reminder: I have an almost 3 year old and a one year old. Can any other mom out there relate to my list below?
A 3rd row seat in your suv can....
- reduce the amount of times a child throws a sippy and it hits you
- absorb some of the volume in the car from 2 toddlers
- give mommy the opportunity to sit in the back row all my herself on a long trip
- reduce the amount of times one child grabs something from the other child due to more space
- allow mommy and daddy to breathe instead of feeling slightly claustrophobic
- make it so that everyone has their own cup holder for sippys, water bottles, and drinks which reduces the tension in the car....
- give you a chance to take your weekly recycling in one carload instead of two
- increase the number of hiding spaces that your 3 year old uses for his crayons, dinosaur toys, and rocks
- allow the grandparents to ride along with you even though most the time they want to take their own car due to the chaos that is our family (love you mom and dad!)
Yes, it's chaos...but it's wonderful chaos.
That's why we have had a van for years!!!
